As we near the end of 2024, we invite you to join us in looking back at some of the extraordinary milestones our teams in Vancouver, Seattle, Newport Beach and Austin achieved this year:

  • We published two Issues of Extra Magazine – learn about Wellness in the Built Environment, and The Intracorp Art Collection.
  • We topped off SIGNAL at Marina Gateway in Vancouver.
  • We celebrated four groundbreaking ceremonies: Gardena, Vine & West 49th, Arbutus & West 34th, and Granville & West 47th.
  • Completed Telford on the Walk, welcoming over 400 homeowners to this new Metrotown community, and unveiled the newest public art to join the Beresford Art Walk: 21st Century Rock Garden.
  • Intracorp BC was acknowledged as a Great Place to Work!
  • We unveiled the first affordable homes under the City of Burnaby’s innovative Rental Use Zoning Policy, at Telford on the Walk.
  • City Homes completed three communities, broke ground on five and waived feasibility on nine new communities.
  • Zinnia completed and opened 299 homes for lease, with over 50% leased up.
  • Owl Apartments in Northgate complete in November and opened 295 homes for lease up.  
  • Motto Phase one will complete our first building and clubhouse. and, leasing will begin in this 474-home community.
  • Joya completed and we closed out the final homes of this 62-home community.
  • Closed out of Docente in Claremont and Miren in Arcadia, and celebrated the grand opening of The Jessup in Tustin, where we are now over 85% sold!
  • Closed escrow on a view-oriented, hillside community in Santa Clarita, slated for 119 single family detached homes.
  • Closed escrow on the construction loan and began horizontal construction at Gable House Apartments in Torrance.
  • Closed escrow within 60 days on our first new San Diego project in many years, Friar’s Road.
  • Obtained entitlement approval in the City of Orange and sold the asset to a public homebuilder.
  • We achieved Temporary certificate of completion for One Oak.
  • We topped off Congress Lofts at St. Elmo and are nearing completion.
  • Placed a new project under contract in Austin (stay tuned).
  • Partnered with “Make Austin Clean” to clean up Bouldin Creek near One Oak.
  • Launched and broke ground on Leland South Congress, our newest community in Austin.
