As we near the end of 2022, we’re taking a moment to look back at some of the extraordinary milestones our teams achieved this year. This was a year filled with exploring new opportunities, and reaffirming the importance of our corporate values. Our offices in Vancouver, Seattle, Newport Beach and Austin, have a lot to be proud of again this year.   • Maywood on the Park public art unveiled on the Beresford Art Walk
  • UDI Award winner – Belpark, and other nominees
  • Telford on the Walk construction progress
  • New partners with Oxford Properties and Amica
  • Looking forward to our first Burquitlam community coming 2023
  • 44 East Ave nears completion of construction and homeowners are closing and moving in
  • Intracorp’s partnership with The Trail Conservancy for $1.8M in improvements to Waller Beach Park is fully funded and permitted
  • One Oak launched and sold out in 2 weeks, closed financing and broke ground
  • Congress Lofts launched sales, has reached 50% sold, closed financing and broke ground
  • 2nd St project underwent permitting and design, and a franchise agreement with Hilton hotels to be a Conrad Hotel and Residences was signed
  • Intracorp found a new home at the Guadalupe Saldana subdivision for the 1840s historic building located at 2nd St which is moved in the middle of the night on a flatbed truck!
  • We closed on the purchase of two prime parcels of property on South Congress Ave – more extraordinary communities coming soon!
  • We closed our entire Mariner Shores community in under 18 months
  • The final closing on our 137th townhome at MDL occurred
  • We celebrated the Grand Opening at Docente
  • We acquired 33 lots in Arcadia
  • In Tustin, 40 townhomes move ahead with an Application to the Planning Commission
  • At Aurum Apartments construction is well underway. The parking structure work started early this year, and the lumber drop and vertical construction began in October 2022.
  • Gable House Apartments received a unanimous 7- 0 approval from the City of Torrance Planning Commission.
  • 6 new Intracorpers joined the Newport Beach team this year!
  • Wildomar Crossroads Mixed Use project received a unanimous 5 – 0 approval from the City of Wildomar Planning Commission.
  • The Intracorp City Homes team is up and running with 5 projects under construction and 4 new land deals this year
  • We finished construction and closed out Phase One at the Kelkari project in Issaquah, WA
  • Construction completed and we are 90% sold and closed at Contempo, our extraordinary new townhome project in Beacon Hill, WA
  • Our Seattle townhome project Joya received an impressively warm reception during its early 2022 launch. It is now nearly 50% sold out.
  • Construction completed and sold out our Ravenna3 project in Seattle with less than one week on market!
  • We’re under construction on the final buildings at The Towns on 145th in Shoreline, WA with 75% of homes now occupied.
  • We secured a second luxury townhome site in Bellevue, WA with our partner HAL
  • We’re advancing entitlements for a Newcastle, WA project with 37 single family homes, a historic park and a “mining town modern” architectural flair.
  • We broke ground on ‘Zinnia’, a 299-home transit-oriented apartment community in Shoreline, WA, near the 145th Light Rail Station
  • We broke ground on ‘Owl’, a 295-home apartment community in Seattle’s amenity-rich Northgate neighborhood, serviced by a new Light Rail station.
  • Permitting is underway for a 17-acre phased 474-home “modern farmhouse” garden-style apartment community in Marysville, WA, 35 miles north of Seattle.
  • We entered into a partnership for Intracorp’s first build-for-rent townhome community of 135 homes in Federal Way, WA, conveniently located on the I-5 corridor between Seattle and Tacoma employment centers.
  • We successfully completed the lease-up on the 381-home Julian apartments located in downtown San Jose. We would like to extend a big thank you to the Greystar property management team!
  • The 321-home BEAM apartments located in Seattle’s Little Saigon won NAIOP’s Multi-Family Residential Urban Development of the Year award.
  • VP of Marketing and Sales, Christine Johnson, is retiring. We celebrated her career and welcomed Lori Curtis as the new VP of Marketing & Sales, Pacific Northwest.
  • We welcomed a new President, Pacific Northwest in Seattle – Paul Bottge
