In any difficult situation, I try to focus on better things ahead. This year has given many opportunities so far to pause and do just this. Whether it’s continued social distancing, the forest fires on the west coast, or addressing systemic inequalities, these challenging times make us recognize that there’s always more to learn, and there is always room for us to do better.
