In this industry insider feature, we are pleased to introduce you to Kevin Leskiw, Intracorp’s Director of Construction. Kevin oversees construction for a number of Intracorp communities, including RPP II & III We asked Kevin about River Park Place 2 and here is what he had to say.
1. What will homeowners like most about living at RPP II & III?
It’s a convenient location within the Richmond area and has great access into Downtown Vancouver and the Vancouver airport.
2. What are your favourite features at RPP II & III?
The basketball court in the amenity area and the rooftop decks above are going to be really nice. They are great activity spaces and the outdoor area will be great for sunny summer days.
3. What’s the most important feature you look for in a community?
Proximity to restaurants and recreation. RPP II & III has both. Convenience allows homeowners to become closely linked to their community and neighbourhood.
4. What is your favourite part of the construction process?
I enjoy seeing the structure go up – it’s my engineering side. I love the concrete and steel. Seeing the building come to life is always exciting.
5. Do you have a favourite restaurant in the area?
I usually am there mid-morning or mid-afternoon so I haven’t had a lot of opportunity for lunch breaks to try out the local restaurants. I am looking forward to trying the Seorae Korean BBQ across the street. There are so many different options in the neighbourhood.
