In a new partnership with Amica Senior Lifestyles, we are excited to diversify our brand into a market that we’ve been watching and interested in for a long time – senior housing and assisted living. This partnership, and these two new residences, present a great opportunity to address the growing demands of Vancouver’s aging population and allow us to develop boutique-scale seniors’ residences in established neighborhoods where our typical form of development wouldn’t be appropriate.
