Chancellor House

Chancellor House was the first community in Intracorp’s Westside Collection and the first building comprising the Chancellor Place community at UBC. This celebrated concrete low-rise building is located on the campus of the University of British Columbia, and set the tone for historically inspired, modern architecture for this area.

Drawing inspiration from the historic UBC Campus Buildings, the exteriors are clad in granite and wood detailing. Designed with a stepped roofline, the homes feature expansive windows showcasing the incredible water and mountain views.
