At Intracorp, we don’t just build homes—we help build communities. Through the Intracorp Foundation, we work with trusted partners to improve the lives of vulnerable children and youth and enrich communities in a meaningful, lasting way.

Working with these organizations in Vancouver, Seattle, Newport Beach, and Austin allows the Intracorp Foundation to give back to the communities where we live and work. Each city has its unique challenges and opportunities, and by partnering with local non-profits, we can address specific needs and create tailored solutions.

By giving back to these communities, the Intracorp Foundation aims to lead and inspire positive change, just as Intracorp has done in the realm of homebuilding.

“The Intracorp Foundation has the opportunity to do what Intracorp itself has done. To lead and to inspire.”

— Joe Houssian, Founder of Intracorp Homes and Chair of The Intracorp Foundation

The Intracorp Foundation is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. By collaborating with local non-profits and actively volunteering, we address unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that foster resilience, stability, and self-sufficiency. Our commitment to community empowerment ensures that we not only support immediate needs but also inspire long-term positive change. Together, we are building a brighter future for all.

We collaborate with a variety of non-profit organizations to make a positive impact:

Amara: Amara is committed to positive long-term outcomes for children and families. They drive systemic change, promote healing, and advance racial and LGBTQIA+ equity, by offering programs and services to families during the foster care process, and to adoptees and families, following adoption.

Any Baby Can: This non-profit partners with families to overcome obstacles and achieve well-being. Their programs meet clients where they are—at home, work, or school—helping build stability, develop skills, and navigate systems so children and families can reach their full potential.

Aunt Leah’s Place: This organization helps prevent children in foster care from becoming homeless and mothers in need from losing custody of their children. They provide supportive housing, job training, and coaching on essential life skills to support their journey to self-sufficiency.

Children’s Hospital Los Angeles: Children’s Hospital Los Angeles’ (CHLA) mission is to create hope and build healthier futures. As a “Safety Net” Hospital, CHLA upholds a fundamental principle: no child is turned away. Approximately 75% of their patient population is covered by Medi-Cal, California’s Medicaid program, rather than commercial health insurance.

Coast Mental Health: Based in Vancouver, Coast believes that people living with mental challenges can thrive in our communities if given the right resources: housing, support services, and employment and education opportunities.

Friends of Youth: Dedicated to serving youth and young families facing homelessness, foster care, and behavioral health challenges, Friends of Youth provides essential support and services.

HomeAid Orange County: Founded in 1989, HomeAid has completed 70 housing projects and served 77,000 people to date. They continue to serve 10,000 people annually.

The Landing Youth Centre: Their mission is to invest in strategic partnerships with aligned organizations, co-creating and delivering youth-centered programs that foster resilience, personal development, and a mindset of giving back.

Lifewire: Since 1982, LifeWire has supported survivors of domestic violence on their path towards safety, stability, and healing. They work to end domestic violence by changing community beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors.

Lifeworks: Since 1965, Lifeworks has been a champion for inclusion, advocating for and breaking down barriers for people with disabilities to be part of the community.

Mom2Mom: This organization connects moms and children living in poverty with the community, resources, and support they need to thrive. Without intervention, these children are at risk of mental health issues, chronic health issues, addiction, and poor educational outcomes.

Project Hope Alliance: Their mission is to end the cycle of homelessness, one child at a time. They take a proactive, upstream approach to help each student in their program by ensuring they have the necessary resources to survive today and thrive in the future.

Speech and Language Development Center (SLDC): SLDC’s mission is to provide education and therapy to children and young adults with special needs in an environment that nurtures growth, inspires achievement, and maximizes their potential.

West Coast Kids Cancer Foundation: West Coast Kids Cancer Foundation (WCK) is an organization supporting families with small actions that make a big impact every day. They provide food, connection, resources, and mental health support for families navigating childhood cancer and blood disorders.
