In staying true to our values at Intracorp, a key component of our building style is providing flexibility in space & design for our residents. This same mindset also applies to how we design and operate our offices. Let’s take a look at what features are a standout for Intracorpers.

Kai Salleh, Project Accountant. Joined March 2022.

My favorite thing about the office would definitely be my fellow colleagues! They’re there to talk to, joke with and collab with when things get dreary. It always helps to get a little morale boost from colleagues that are enjoyable to be around to help motivate you and contribute to your success.

An office essential is definitely a cute, nice, warm sweater to keep you comfortable, especially when the AC is on full blast!

My favorite things about the office are the fruit snacks and the coffee machine. But if I had to choose between the two it would be the coffee machine. Coffee is life! It helps me get thru my day and keeps me focused on the tasks at hand.
The office essential that I use the most are my giant collection of pens…. I don’t hoard them I swear…

I really enjoy the commitment to comfort at the Intracorp office. We are provided with comfortable lightweight Herman Miller chairs and large electronic standing desks. The flexibility to work sitting or standing is fantastic for the mind and body.

I couldn’t make it a workday without my 3 cups of coffee and my handy dandy planner. There’s something about putting pen to paper that can’t be beaten.

Farouk Babul, Vice President of Development. Joined May 2021.

My favourite thing about our office at Intracorp is the sense of community and collaboration it fosters. The open and inviting workspace encourages interaction with colleagues, which has been instrumental in my success here. Being able to easily connect with team members has facilitated better communication and idea-sharing, ultimately leading to more innovative solutions.

Additionally, one of my essential tools for success is my laptop. It allows me the flexibility to work seamlessly both inside and outside the office. This flexibility has been invaluable, especially in today’s dynamic work environment, as it enables me to stay productive and responsive regardless of my physical location.

Walking into our Vancouver office is calming. The bright and inviting, yet restrained space is designed for working, both independently and collaboratively. The neutral palette, art, double monitors, acoustics, and standing desks all contribute to making this office a place to focus, which I appreciate.

My office essential is a distinct coffee mug. Mine is from artist Peter Shire.

Rick Puffer, Vice President of Development. Joined May 2017.

Office visitors – As we engage in new business, we often get our trade partners back out to the office and often times we also see employees bring family by the office. It’s always fun to experience it, especially the family and youth that sometimes come to the door and get to know us and see what their parent / relative does for work.

The Office Essential has to do with the Big Screen in the Conference Room (and Break Room). It would be difficult to navigate our meetings without the use of the Big Screen and the enabled technologies. As for the Break Room TV is it positioned across the way so when a big game is on, all I have to do is look up to see the score. Very essential, I might add.

Dominic Mazza, Senior Acquisitions & Development Manager. Joined December 2019.

My favorite thing about our office is being able to collaborate with colleagues in different departments and gain exposure to other aspects of our company that allow me to have a more holistic understanding of our business. This helps me to plan ahead for future potential opportunities and challenges after our team hands the baton to the next group.

My workspace isn’t complete without my coffee mug + Nespresso machine.

Jeanine Ferrari, Project Administrator. Joined July 2023.

My favorite thing about the Intracorp office is the team collaboration and sincerity of the people that work here.

My office essentials are my favorite pen and notepad. I would not be able to function without jotting down notes to keep me on task each day.

Jessica Fabricant, Vice President, Marketing. Joined July 2017.

My favorite thing about the Intracorp office is the modern vibe, with lots of white space, the light and bright conference room, and the inspirational lobby with wall graphic that reminds us of each day to “Build the Extraordinary.” My second favorite thing about the Intracorp office is the yummy snacks! (Ok, maybe this is really my favorite thing!).

My office essential is my favorite black coffee mug, with the statement, “There’s always a better way” imprinted on it.

Cindy Pope, Director of Homeowner Care & Operations Manager. Joined May 2018.

My favorite thing about the Intracorp office is the commitment from my team members to provide the best experience for our partners and homeowners by adhering to high standards and delivering on our promises.

And my office essential is a Bosch coffee machine given by our representative – lattes, cappuccino, espresso and of course, fresh ground beans for a fantastic cup of coffee! This has been a welcome addition to the office! And of course, snacks – always a cabinet full of snacks 🙂

Teresa Bednarczyk, AP Associate. Joined Jan 2022.

My favorite thing about our office at Intracorp is the open working space that invites positivity and open communication among the team members and management. It makes it an easy place to succeed in, due to the ability to voice ideas and concerns.

For me, the key ingredient, and the office essential is that Intracorp provides the current technology/equipment and IT support, so we can work/ communicate/ solve the problems and participate in Team meetings.
