We asked a few of Intracorp’s in-house Food Truck experts – and by that we mean, those foodies who know a good Food Truck when they see (and taste) it – to share their cities’ must-experience meals on wheels. This is what they had to say.

Vancouver

“I love Bandidas because it’s vegetarian and healthy but still delicious!”

This food truck roams — but is usually located downtown Vancouver. The selection of Mexican-inspired vegetarian food makes it a popular choice for busy workers on their break.

Newport Beach

“Piaggio on Wheels is my favorite food truck around here. Their specialties are empanadas, skirt steak, pulled pork and, of course, chimichurri. They merge the best of Argentinian and Brazilian with California’s taco culture and the result in phenomenal. They have a big following all over Orange County, and it’s easy to see why.”

The husband and wife team responsible for this popular eatery made the decision in 2009 to replace their brick and mortar restaurant with a food truck. They have been serving Argentinian food around the OC and LA County areas ever since.

Seattle
