44 East Ave marked reaching its full height at 50 floors, making it one of Austin’s tallest buildings, with a Topping Off celebration generously supported by our sponsors. The event on 9/24/21 celebrated the impressive milestone plus the milestone of selling all of the available units, with live music by Vallejo and food from Bacalar, the restaurant that will be located at 44 East Ave.
44 East Ave has helped lead the Rainey Street Trailhead project spearheaded by The Trail Foundation. The mission of The Trail Foundation is to protect, enhance, and connect the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake for the benefit of all. Residents of 44 East Ave. as well as all trail users will benefit from the enhancements to the Rainey Street Trailhead.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and Intracorp’s match, $250,000 was raised at the Topping Off Celebration for The Trail Foundation. Special thank you to the 44 East Ave. homeowners and partners who donated at least $1,500 for permanent recognition at The Rainey Street Trailhead.
