What do you think Homeowners will like most about Nelson on Foster?
Daylon: The urban, mid-century design elements will attract a lot of people to this community. This collection of homes is beautiful inside and out.
Krista: The location is fantastic, and the value of these homes has already started to grab people’s attention.
Dane: I agree with Krista, people are going to love the proximity to transit. Plus, the homes themselves are beautiful with well-designed, functional floorplans.
There are lots of amenities in the area. How do you enjoy spending your time in West Coquitlam?
Krista: Shopping!
Dane: Exploring the many walking and jogging trails.
Daylon: Shopping, golfing, and hiking.
What is your favourite restaurant in the area?
Krista: Wings. Just don’t ask me to pick my favourite flavour.
Daylon: Hanano Sushi.
Dane: Seok Gi Se Dae. It’s the best Korean BBQ place ever!!
What’s your preferred method of transportation?
Krista: Driving. Easy access to Hwy 1 and Lougheed Hwy means that I can get anywhere I need to go quickly.
Daylon: Walking. I like that homeowners at Nelson on Foster will be able to walk to any amenity they need.
Dane: Skytrain. It’s only a 25 minute ride to Downtown Vancouver and there’s no need to find parking when you get there!
