There are a lot of extraordinary in-building amenities at Telford. Which space do you imagine enjoying the most?
Brittany: “Definitely the fitness centre. To be able to walk downstairs into a fully equipped gym with high ceilings and large windows is a dream. And… I can’t forget the dog run! The perfect place for my fourlegged friend Harvey to meet his neighbours!”
Nancy Pan: “I am super excited about the karaoke room. I would love spend time with friends there.”
Vivian Zhang: “Fitness center with yoga room: easy for daily use!”
Nancy Chen: “I love the game room, where I can enjoy a fun game with friends and family.”
Dan: “Gourmet Kitchen & Dining Area. Great for hosting and hiring a private chef.”
Vivian Chin: “I would so enjoy the study room. Ample seating area with separate tables, large expansive glazing letting in lots of natural light creating a very inviting space.”
Julie: “The Karaoke room will be perfect for entertaining friends and family.”
Sharon: “The Study room (or work room) and fitness centre – you have everything you need without having to leave the building!”
Josephine: “The Gourmet Kitchen and Dining Room with the fire-side lounge. I love having a warm and spacious space to entertain and spend time with friends and family.”
What is your favourite restaurant in the Metrotown area?
Brittany: “Cactus Club or Earls for Happy Hour!”
Nancy Pan: “Dolar Shop Hotpot“
Vivian Zhang: “L’OUTUS Cake Boutique. Highly recommend any layered cake there!”
Nancy Chen: “I love the pastries from Mon Paris Patisserie, I love all the desserts and the macarons are my favourite!”
Dan: “Cactus Club. Warm & vibrant atmosphere with plenty of food & drink specials during happy hour.”
Vivian Chin: “Yaguchiya Ramen has been recommended for me to try. I can’t wait to get a warm bowl of soup there soon!”
Julie: “I have to agree with Nancy – The Dolar Shop“
Sharon: “Crystal Mall food court has many selections one of my favorite is pan fry buns.”
Josephine: “Gokudo Shabu Shabu Hot Pot – make it a combo!”
Telford on the Walk is linked to the Beresford Art Walk. What does the public art mean to you?
Brittany: “A feature of cohesiveness that brings new outlook into the community from different creative minds.”
Nancy Pan: “Adds economic value to the building for resale in the future!”
Vivian Zhang: “Public art is the community’s vivid hue, gathering people together.”
Nancy Chen: “The perfect way to learn about art and to start a beautiful day.”
Dan: “Public art ads character and identity to your new home and neighbourhood.”
Vivian Chin: “I feel public art is so viewer friendly, often gives one a sense of simple enjoyment and joy.”
Julie: “It adds points of interest to the neighborhood and refreshes the look of the neighborhood.”
Sharon: “Public art can be the expression of the community. People can relate to and feel connect to it.”
Josephine: “It can express our values as a community and enhance our environment, adding value to where we live, work and play.”
What’s your favourite feature about these homes?
Brittany: “Your kitchen includes enough space to cook, dine and ample counter space to display your most favorite small appliances!
Nancy Pan: “The wall-bed with the integrated desk in the second bedrooms. This feature will allow someone to use their second bedroom as an office or fitness room by day, and bedroom by night!”
Vivian Zhang: “Kitchen with Miele appliance package – you can pretend to be a Michelin chef!”
Nancy Chen: “I love the new custom wall bed design, which is a work desk when you put the bed away. It makes the 2nd bedroom multi-functional and adds great value.”
Dan: “Kitchen/Dining island is conveniently situated near the balcony entrance (for larger homes), resulting in more natural light and fresh air while you prep and cook.”
Vivian Chin: “I think the central AC and central heat enhance everyday living with an easy flip of a switch.”
Julie: “The built-ins in the bedrooms, I feel they help save space and make use of the room more efficient.”
Sharon: “Kitchen-island/Dining, clean and bright colour and is the perfect breakfast area.”
Josephine: “The kitchen-island, which is included in every home! It is multi-functional as it can also be used as a dining table and includes extra space for storage.”
