3. What’s the most important feature that you look for in a community?
Proximity to transit, great public spaces, and walkability are all things I look for. Having all three features encourages you to get out of your house and provides opportunities to connect with your neighbours, which helps foster a sense of community.
4. Do you have a favourite hidden gem in the Metrotown area?
Dinesty dumpling house. The Maywood sales team introduced me. I keep going back for the Xiao Long Bao. Also, Mon Paris Patisserie, located in a retail space at the base of Silver, has really good croissants and baked goods.
5. What makes Maywood on the Park Extraordinary?
It’s the latest offering from the developer who’s built more homes in Burnaby than anyone else. The property is directly adjacent to a public park offering a guaranteed unobstructed south facing outlook.
