We spoke to our dynamic duo sales team at Belpark, Ken and Mary, to learn about their favourite features of these extraordinary homes and neighbourhood. Here is what they had to say:

What is your favourite thing about the Belpark community?

Ken: “The quiet location being next to Langara Golf Course and walking trail.”

Mary: “It will be an outstanding community with all the amenities one would want: concierge, gym, party room and the green spaces all around, water feature & art installations.”

What is your favourite feature of the homes at Belpark?

Ken:  “The spacious storage in the kitchens, master closets and flex room.  Even in the parking area homeowners have storage!”

Mary: “That is a hard question to answer – there are so many to choose from. I love the design and space of the homes, but if I had to choose a few, it would be the kitchen’s central island in solid walnut, the marble backsplash and all the Gaggenau appliances with a full height wine fridge.”

What will homeowners like most about living at Belpark?

Ken: “Sophisticated living in a quiet and peaceful location.”

Mary: “Location: Belpark is close to Oakridge & Richmond – Marine Gateway is a quick 13-minute walk where you can catch the Canada Line, movies at Cineplex, T&T, Winona Park across the street – perfect for those who like to walk or have a pet.”

What is the most important feature that you look for in a community?

Ken:  “Neighbours that appreciate and value the things that make Belpark unique: Living in a sophisticated and peaceful environment surrounded by quality construction and premium finishes.”

Mary: “Safety of the neighbourhood, close to shopping and amenities and living in a fantastic school catchment.”

Are there any “hidden gems” in the neighbourhood?

Ken: “Sexsmith Elementary School has a fantastic playground for kids and spacious playing fields.  The Langara Family YMCA is at the opposite end of Langara Golf Course.  In addition to Winona Park across the street, you have so many choices for exercising or playing.”

Mary: “Not sure about “hidden gems” but homeowners will certainly love the location and the established community. We’ve had the opportunity to talk to many of the neighbours, and it’s no wonder many have been living in this location for a long time –  it’s tranquil yet connected. Many of them make use of the nearby walking trails around Langara and like the close proximity to Richmond, Oakridge and South Granville. It is a wonderful neighbourhood to raise a family and be in an area where some of the top schools are located.”
