We are now well into patio season! And Richmond has a long list when it comes to restaurants with extraordinary patios. Take advantage of the beautiful weather, order some sangria, and enjoy these patios before summer ends.

Pajo’s Fish & Chips – 12351 Third Ave, Richmond (Warf Location)

The ultimate patio – located on the water at the corner of Bayview and Third Avenue on Steveston’s Wharf. Enjoy all that Steveston has to offer at this location; bike along the west dyke to get there and walk off your greasy plate of fish and chips along the new boardwalk. You can’t go wrong with fish and chips while sitting on the water.

Blue Canoe Waterfront Restaurant – #140, 3866 Bayview St, Richmond

Another Steveston gem, Blue Canoe Waterfront is also on the Bayview Pier, offering unobstructed views of the water, boardwalk, and Fisherman’s Wharf.  Head here after work on a Friday to catch some rays and enjoy their great selection of beers on tap.

Flying Beaver Bar & Grill – 4760 Inglis Dr, Richmond

Out of the hustle and bustle of Steveston Village is the Flying Beaver. Connected to the terminal of Harbour Air, you can watch the seaplanes take off and land on the Fraser River from your seat on the patio. The Flying Beaver offers great microbrew beers in a unique West Coast environment. And, finding parking here is much easier than by the patios in Steveston.

Milltown Bar & Grill – #101, 9191 Bentley St. Vancouver

This restaurant is located on the outskirts of Marpole – just on the other side of the bridge. Milltown Bar & Grill is a distinct neighbourhood bar situated on its own island in the Fraser River.  With two unique patios on either side of their red-barn building, this restaurant is in high demand on sunny days. Featuring a cozy and intimate dining spot, customers can also watch sailboats and yachts floating down the Fraser River while facing the Marina.

You can’t go wrong when it comes to patios near your new home at RPP II & III. Be sure to check out all these spots while the weather is warm!
