They will be the ones who will be with you every step of the way as you move into your new home and will help you with any issues that you have once you have moved in. They are here to help and are committed to making sure that you have an extraordinary experience!

We asked each of them why they love being part of the Homeowner Care Team and here is what they had to say:

Brett – Technical Services Coordinator:

“I take great pleasure from giving people the confidence that our team will take good care of them and their home in the years that follow their purchase. Purchasing a new home is an exciting experience and I enjoy keeping it an extraordinary one.”

Teghan – Homeowner Care Administrator:

“Being a part of the Homeowner Care Team means that I get to help our homeowners fall in love with their new home and enjoy the space where their memories are made. But most importantly, I am proud to say I work with an amazing team who will work their hardest to ensure you love every aspect your home.”

“Being part of the Homeowner Care Team, not only do I get to support and provide guidance to our homeowners, but also celebrate and share the moments of joy with them.”

Emily – Homeowner Care Administrator:

“There is no greater feeling than knowing that I have an opportunity to help a homeowner and make a positive change in their experience. Being part of the Homeowner Care Team, not only do I get to support and provide guidance to our homeowners, but also celebrate and share the moments of joy with them.”

Bill – Warranty Supervisor:

“After spending the last 20 years working with Intracorp in both construction and the last 12 years with Homeowner Care, Intracorp’s commitment to the homeowner experience is one of the most important aspects of the whole process – right from the initial concept and through the warranty period, our team works with the other teams to enhance the homeowner experience. This makes me a very proud representative of Intracorp.

I have always thoroughly enjoyed meeting our homeowners at information sessions and orientations on through to key turnovers and any required warranty services. I value and respect each owner and the commitment they have made to purchase an Intracorp home.”

“Intracorp’s commitment to the homeowner experience is one of the most important aspects of the whole process – right from the initial concept and through the warranty period, our team works with the other teams to enhance the homeowner experience.”

Richard – Warranty Supervisor:

“Homeowner care is the best position for me because it fulfills 3 passions of mine; 1) I am a ‘people-person’ so I love working with homeowners, 2) I enjoy the problem solving involved in correcting a warranty issue, 3) I find it more satisfying working with my hands fixing things than always working at a computer.”

Ryan – Warranty Supervisor:

“I like working for Intracorp’s Homeowner Care team because they are the best in the industry. We have a great team who makes sure that every homeowner experience is extraordinary.”

One of our Warranty Supervisors, Rafik, will be greatly involved with the move in process at RPP II & III. So we asked him about why he loves being part of the team as well as some of his tips and reminders for homeowners once they move into their new home.

1. What is your favourite part about being part of the Homeowner Care Team?

Getting to share the excitement with our homeowners when they see their homes the first time. Knowing Intracorp standards gives me full confidence to be able to open the door to any of our new homes and say, “Welcome home!” to our homeowners!

2. What is the most important feature that you look for in a community?

Location! All of our Intracorp locations are selected to help our homeowners to be comfortable with their surroundings (safe neighbourhood, shopping centres, amenities, many activity options etc.)

3. Do you have any tips or reminders for homeowners once they move in?

Definitely make sure to check/replace heat pump filters, clean the shower glass regularly, and be aware of sprinkler heads during move ins.
