The much-loved establishment has been a favourite amongst tourists and locals for years and has recently shifted its focus from formal to more casual, family-friendly fare. Part of this shift is thanks to Chef Joseph Thomas, who joined Seasons in 2017. With over 25 years of experience and Red Seal Certificates in both cooking and baking, his passion for food has taken him all over the world and placed him in unique situations. He was the exclusive caterer for the Vancouver Whitecaps, has cooked for the British Royal Family, was an early adopter of Ocean Wise, and has traveled throughout Central and South America in pursuit of flavour inspirations.

At Seasons, Joseph looks at cooking fundamentals with new eyes, creating exciting dishes with different techniques – and always with fresh ingredients. Whether there for brunch or dinner, you’ll find a favourite item or two on the menu that you’ll keep returning to for more. Beyond food, the wine list has something for all palettes, from novice to sophisticated.
