In our latest Insider Realtor blog, we’re excited to introduce you to Frank Zhou from Royal Pacific Realty. Frank has sold at our Belpark community in Vancouver, and we sat down with him to gain some insight into the feedback he receives from his clients.

  1. At what community did you sell your first Intracorp home?

I sold my first Intracorp home at Belpark. I have really enjoyed working with Intracorp on this project.

  1. What do you and your clients like most about Intracorp?

My clients and I thought that Intracorp has a very strong team behind it and were impressed with the quality of the project, Belpark. The location really impressed them and they loved all the surroundings in the neighbourhood. I think that Intracorp does a great job at sourcing a location that matches all lifestyles.

  1. What drew your clients to Belpark?

The location for sure. The convenience – close to Oakridge Mall, Langara Golf Course and T&T –  is one of the best aspects of this project. The view was also a major draw and made a huge impact. Finally, the layout and quality of the appliances and tiles really suits Chinese feng shui needs. I had taken my clients to many other developments along the Cambie Corridor. But they loved Belpark right away when they saw the finshes.

  1. Who do you think is looking to live in the Marpole neighbourhood?

The young generation. I believe they will need the convenience that this neighbourhood offers. With the Canada Line for transportation, easy shopping, great schools and nearby parks – this area has all there is to offer right around the corner. I also think the retiring group will be drawn here as it is more affordable.

  1. Why is Belpark a good fit for your clients?

It offers luxury living, extraordinary quality, and a location that is hard to beat. Plus – I think the price per square footage is lower than other nearby neighbourhoods.

  1. What do you like best about being a realtor?

I love learning about the real estate market and receiving information about market trends and available real estate properties. However, the best part is the connection I make with people. I love the process of building a trust between myself and my clients.

  1. What is your favourite restaurant?

It’s hard to pick but I would have to say Manzo in Richmond.
