Saint Lunette

Saint Lunette is an Interior Design & project management company that specializes in a streamlined and stress-free design process. After working in the interior design and luxury concierge industry, co-founders Gillian Segal and Kathy Shanahan realized that the design process was often overwhelming and too time consuming for clients, regardless of their budget or aesthetic. Saint Lunette simplifies the transition into a new home by delivering turnkey furniture and decor packages that still offer a level of customization. Considering both end-users and investors, these packages have been thoughtfully designed to significantly reduce the time and cost required on the part of the homeowner, with the end result being a beautiful, functional and design-led home.

The furniture and decor packages have all been carefully crafted and designed by Gillian Segal, co-founder of Saint Lunette and Owner and principal designer at Gillian Segal Design Company. Gillian Segal Design is an award-winning interior design firm based in Vancouver, B.C, specializing in luxury residential projects that span across North America. Gillian’s work has been recognized in a number of both national and international publications including Western Living Magazine, Style At Home, Gray Magazine, Domaine, Rue Magazine and Martha Stewart, where she also acts as an interior design contributor.

  • How do I know if this Program is right for me?

    If the answer is yes, to any of the following, then the furniture package could be right for you.

    Do you want pieces that have been selected to not only make your home more beautiful, but to make the most efficient use of your space? Designer-selected pieces that you’ll get at discounted prices?

    Do you want to be a part of the design process, but leave the heavy lifting (literally) to others?

    Do you plan on renting out your home and want to ensure the best return on your investment?

    Are you helping a child or grandchild get the best start in their first new home?

  • What’s included in each Furniture Package?

    With your Furniture Package, you receive the keys to a home that is fully-furnished with designer-selected items. All items have been curated to make the most of your specific floorplan. Please see our sales team for more information on the furniture included in the package for your home.

    Within this Program, you have the option to further customize your home with Add-Ons, including:

    • Bed & Bath Basics
    • Gallery Package

    Items will be ordered, moved, and unpacked in your new home. All by the time you receive your keys.

  • Can I customize or mix and match pieces within the Furniture Package for my home?

    No… and yes. Pieces within each package cannot be swapped out or replaced with others. Pieces can also not be removed from the package, they are sold as a compete set.

    However – certain items within each package have choices to allow you to personalize the space to your style. For example, there will be 2 fabric colour selections for the sofa that you can choose from.

  • When do I need to decide by ?

    Once you’ve found your home at Telford, we’ll be in touch to give you more information on our Options Program. During the Options Program, you will be asked whether you want to take part in the Furniture Program. We’ll walk you through the process step-by-step, and will be here to answer any questions you may have.

  • When do I get to see my furniture for the first time?

    We know you’re excited to see your furniture. Who wouldn’t be!? You will get the opportunity to do this for the first time on your Possession Day.

  • Is there a warranty on the furniture?

    Yes, furniture items will come with a warranty. More information on this will be available during the Options Program.
