Construction is underway for 150 farmhouse-style garden apartments in Wildomar.
The complex, “Dalton at Wildomar Crossroads” by developer Intracorp Homes, is coming to life on 4.5 acres next to a planned shopping center that will include a Sprouts Farmers Market and a Dutch Bros. Coffee, among other shops.
DAX, its nickname, will include five three-story buildings with apartments in a range of floor plans, including studios, one and two-bedroom units. The average unit size will be 827 square feet.
Amenities will feature a large pool, cabanas, barbeques, a wellness center, clubhouse with social lounge and flex workspaces.
The farmhouse architecture will feature an iconic grain silo and a front porch.
Architecture was developed by AO in Orange, and landscape architecture was provided by Urban Arena of Costa Mesa. Jeffrey Miller Architecture & Design and Tanya Paz Studio worked on the interior design concepts.
The apartments, Intracorp said, should be open by the end of 2026.
