Winter’s here but you’ll hardly notice at the Richmond Oval. The Oval is a hive for all sorts of activities. There are over a dozen sports to participate in at both a league level and individually, too. Gym games like basketball, volleyball and badminton are popular, but so, too, is indoor rock climbing, rowing (not on a machine, but an actual on-water rowing simulator), progressive tennis (a new way of introducing kids to the sport by utilizing age-appropriate equipment) and even a form of indoor golf that allows you to simulate real-life situations that you might encounter on the course! You can even take speed skating lessons (trickier than it looks!).
